1. Placing an Order
a. How Do I Order?
I’m afraid I am one of those annoying people who just love to talk! I am also abit of a double checker! So once you have decided you would like us to set the tone for your day, please drop us an email, letting us know the design you love, quantity you require and any other bits you feel we should know (along with your contact details!). We will then get in touch with you to confirm all the bits and bobs we need!
b. Will I receive a proof of my order?
Once we have confirmed all the details with you, we will email you a digital proof for you to review and/or approve. We are happy to make 2 sets of edits or alterations to your order at this stage, however after this I’m afraid there is a charge of £25 per edit.
Should you require a printed proof of your product, we can provide this for £20, however it will be digitally printed, not letterpressed, therefore the colour will not be accurate, and the finish will be flat, rather than indented into the paper.
c. What happens once I have placed an order?
Once we have confirmed all the details with you, we will email you an invoice, and once payment has been received, we will forward you a digital proof for you to review and/or approve, within 2-3 working days. From receiving confirmation that you are happy to go ahead and print, we will generally have your order with you in 3 weeks. Please be aware that once you have approved your proof, we are not able to take any responsibility for the design or any spelling, or typesetting of your invitations. We do our best to check over every detail of your order, however we sometimes make an error. We are not able to rectify any errors that you have approved once production has begun.
d. I need my order super quick…what can you do?
That should be no problem…as well as our standard service, we also offer a rush service, which reduces the turnaround time to 3-5 days from approval of the proofs. There is an additional charge of £55 for this service.
2. Ink Colour
Our gorgeous recommended colour chart is below, however in addition to this, we are also happy to colour match for you…just get in touch! Please be aware that there may be an additional charge for this service.
I’ve colour co-ordinated everything…can you get the stationery to tie in perfectly?
Of course, that’s no problem at all, all we need is for you to send us a swatch no smaller than 2.5cms square, and we will Pantone match it for you. Please be aware that there is always a slight variation in colour when you see the product online and when you actually receive the product. The colour will vary on each computer screen and may look different when printed, so to make sure we need to use physical colours. There is an additional charge of £28 for this service.
Paper & Envelopes
We use a beautiful, luxurious, 100% cotton paper to print into all of our stationery, which we feel takes the technique of letterpressing perfectly!
White seal and peel envelopes are included in the price of your order, however if there is another colour that you have in mind, we will do our utmost to provide these for you, just let us know. There may be an additional charge for this service.
3. Typefaces
Your invitations should represent you & your day, and so we are more than happy to tweak any of our designs to suit your needs. We have a vast number of fonts which we can offer you, however if there is a specific font which you have in mind, we may be able to source this for you. Just let us know. There may be an additional charge for this service.
4. Custom Designs
We adore our collection, but know that it may not suit some of our customers, or that you may have your own distinct tastes and ideas as to what your stationery should look like. Which is why we are delighted to be able to offer you Cherry Couture…an opportunity to create something unique just for you. And its probably more affordable than you think…depending on what you are after, design fees start at £175.00 with invitations priced at the same as our normal letterpressed collection. And, if you have had a go at creating your own design, we are more than happy to print them for you. We just need you to provide us with the artwork in the correct format and we will get to work. Get in touch for a printing only quote.
