We know how stressful planning your wedding (or party for that matter) can be…but it shouldn’t be, you want to have fun on the day, and the lead up to it should be just as fabulous! So we plan to make it as friendly, reliable, and stress free as possible! Sarahs spent a few years working in the bridal industry, lovingly selling wedding gowns, so really does understand the pressure that you are under, and the level of customer service that you deserve to ensure things run as smoothly as possible! Believe me…she has dealt with her share of stressed out brides, and will make sure she does what she can to not come across another one for a fair while!
Writing the names and addresses on each invitation envelope is a very time consuming process (we know you should be spending that time pampering your self, shoe shopping, or organising other parts of the wedding). So as part of our standard service, we can personalise each envelope using your guest list. You just need to provide us with the guests names and addresses, and leave the rest to us. For an extra charge, we can even stick on stamps and pop them in the post box.
We also know how important good communication is. We will be there when something is niggling at you and you want to discuss it, there’s no point something bothering you when we could get it sorted out with a phone call or two! However you prefer to work is fine by us, whether that means doing everything by email, or being able to have a chat to us on the phone, we are here to make the process as easy for you as possible! We will also fit around your working life, should you only be able to make phone calls after 5pm, we will be here to answer the phone.
And what should really make us stand out, is that we LOVE what we do! And we really do mean that. From the actual design process, to sticking the address labels on the envelopes and boxing them up ready to send to you. We are passionate about every stage of getting your product to you! We make sure every piece of stationary we make is handmade with happiness and finished love! (Cheesy we know, but true! Sorry!)
