Returns Policy

At Sweet Cherry Meadow, we work to the best of our ability to ensure we provide you with the highest quality products possible…we are extremely particular and if any of our stationery does not even slightly meet our ridiculously high standards, the product is rejected. You do need to be aware however, that letterpressing is an organic process, so there is a possibility of some slight variations in each product. That said, we will not accept anything not close to perfection!

In the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately, and should the problem be within our control, we will do what we can to rectify it, up to, and including reprinting.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any client input errors, including errors once the proof has been approved, and any errors in your completed guest list. Should Sweet Cherry Meadow make an error, we will do all that we can to rectify the problem, including, if necessary reprinting.

As each of our products is custom printed to suit your needs, we are unfortunately not able to offer any refunds.

Cancellations

The first installment of your payment secures your place in our schedule, so I am afraid once this has been paid it is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your order after this time, that’s no problem, we won’t demand the remaining balance from you, provided production has not begun. And should you change your mind on the design you would like, again, providing production has not begun, we are more than happy to accommodate that!
